2009 Hines Family reunion Infomation by Brian Keith:
I am happy to announce that we have secured the oceanfront home in the Outer
Banks known as the Big MacDaddy for the Hines Thanksgiving Gathering in
2009! The house
has 10 bedrooms and 9 Full and 3 half baths. Two
improvements from the last Outer Banks house is: a theater
room that seats
15 and an elevator. The arrival date is 11/21 (Sat) and departure date is
11/28 (Sat).
I will check if we can have a Sunday to Sunday week, but
please plan for Saturday to Saturday for now.

But here are some of the highlights:
L1: Two MBRs (Q, 2T/Tr); two BRs (Double BS, Duo/Tr); full bath;
theatre
room seats 15; gameroom with wet bar, foosball & billiards; arcade game,
half bath; cabana half bath.
L2:
Five MBRs (K, Q, Q, Q, Q) three of which face the pool and the ocean,
the other two have ocean views and balconies. Pool
deck with large,
optionally heated pool, kiddie pool and elevated hot tub.
L3: MBR (K) with walk-in closet, tiled shower & whirlpool; great room
with
gas fireplace, surround sound & entertainment system; kitchen
with granite
counters & 48" Viking stove with double ovens &
griddle; half bath.
L4: A ship’s watch sitting area to get away and relax.
Extras: Multiple TVs/DVDs; large oceanfront
gazebo with dining area; "The
USS MacDaddy" jungle gym.
Here is the pricing per Master Bedroom for the week. Kids/Teenagers
are free
unless they want to stay in a MBR (K or Q). Any adult (21 or older) staying
at the house, but not renting a
MBR, will need to pay $50 into the Food
Fund.
I need all of the MBRs rented, so please make an effort to stay at
the house
vice a hotel. All of the MBRs have a private bath.
Note: If a person rents a MBR, but does not
show up until mid-week, that
MBR (including bathroom) is off-limits unless you work out arrangements with
the renter
of the room.

The rooms will be rented on a first "check" basis. When I get a "check,"
